How can I get my order?

At this time, Speedy Metals® website orders can either be shipped via UPS OR you can pick-up your order at either our New Berlin, Wisconsin facility or our facility in Appleton, Wisconsin.

If you would like us to ship your order using a different shipping company simply call and place your order with a Speedy Metals® sales representative.

How will my order be packaged?

Throughout the years, Speedy Metals® has developed methods of packaging that ensures the safe delivery of your order. Rest assured, your order is in very competent hands with Speedy Metals®.

How fast will my order ship?

Speedy Metals® prides itself on exceptional service to our customers and we promise to make every effort to ship your order promptly. Our current lead times are 5-7 days; however most orders will ship sooner than that. In the event of a back-order, Speedy Metals® will contact you by phone, email or indicate so on your packing slip.

What kind of address can I have my order shipped to?

Keep in mind, UPS cannot ship to a PO Box so please make sure your "ship to" address is a street address and not a PO Box.

What happens if I don't receive my order or if it is damaged en route?

While UPS is one of the finest carriers available they too can accidentally damage or lose packages. In the event your package is lost, delayed or damaged, Speedy Metals® will make every attempt within its means to replace damaged or lost items. Why is shipping so expensive?

In short, because metal is heavy. In addition, many of our products can be oddly shaped, and UPS charges us extra handling fees in a number of circumstances.
