This month we're featuring a project by Jeremy Galusky, who built a Star Wars lightsaber prop for his daughter:  "The body is chromed brass pipe, threaded on one end. The ends are aluminum, turned on a lathe. The handle is riveted strips of aluminum. All aluminum parts were then buffed."
He says, "The electronics aren’t installed yet, but all the metal work is done. I’m pretty happy with how it came out."  Want to see more great customer projects?
