This week we're featuring Phill Evans, who created this 6 foot tall oak tree for the Fair Oaks Founder's Monument. He used stainless steel sheet metal and stainless round which he shaped, hammered, and welded to form an oak tree. There's a steel column inside the stone base, and the acorns are made of hammered copper and were welded into the matrix.
